By downloading or using StepPet ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use StepPet. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian review these terms.
StepPet Premium is a subscription that unlocks all pets, removes ads, and adds premium features.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → StepPet. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: All purchases are subject to Apple's standard refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple, not through StepPet directly.
StepPet uses a virtual coin economy. Coins can be earned through daily bonuses, reward ads, and activity milestones. Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be converted back to currency.
You are responsible for content you create in the App (pet names, diary entries, display name). You agree not to include:

StepPet reads step count, distance, and active energy from HealthKit for the purpose of gamified activity tracking. StepPet is not a medical device. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

The free tier of StepPet displays Google AdMob native ads. Premium subscribers see no ads. Ads are served based on non-personal device identifiers and do not use your health data.
We strive to keep StepPet available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using StepPet at any time by deleting the App and your account.
StepPet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthyAI Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of StepPet.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chanthaburi, Thailand.
